Bulk beef purchases are scheduled in advance throughout the year! If you're new to buying beef in bulk, we encourage you to reach out to us directly to order. A 1/4 beef is approximately 150-250 pounds of beef, custom cut to your specifications from a great local butcher. Cost is based on market price; currently $4.50 per pound hanging weight.
